“ Our Walk by Faith…”

has allowed the Building Committee to complete these activities over the past year:

  • 3/5/09 - Religious Zoning was approved and granted by Fairfax County to build the new edifice
  • 7/23/09 - Virginia Storm Water Management Permit was approved and granted
  • 7/23/09 – Fairfax County Attorney signature was received to record our “Deed of Easement” with no liens against the property
  • 8/5/09 – Fairfax County “Critical Structures” Meeting was completed and we obtained the County’s approval to pursue the Demolition and Building Permits
  • 8/6/09 – Fairfax County approved the “Site Plans” and granted HFC the Site Permits
  • 9/12/09 – HFC Board Approval to pursue the “Commitment of Financing”
  • 10/6/09 – Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) granted HFC the “Lane Usage Permit”
  • 10/22/09 – Fairfax County approved and granted HFC our Demolition and Building Permits
  • 10/26/09 – Fairfax County approved and “signed off” for the “Phase 1 Erosion Control”
